FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between Threads 180 and Threads 365?
Threads 180: You receive three batches of 20 Threads posts every week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday).
Threads 365: You receive daily batches of 20 Threads, 7 days a week (including weekends and holidays).
How closely will the Threads actually match our specific brand voice and tone?
You specify your exact brand voice, tone, and formatting preferences during onboarding, and we follow those directions precisely. We will first deliver a set of test posts for your review. If revisions are needed, we will make them until you are 100% satisfied. After the test posts are approved, we apply all your feedback and guidelines to every future Thread. Due to time constraints, we allow one additional style or formatting revision each month.
What kind of results can we realistically expect in the first 30 or 60 days?
Results vary depending on your niche and content topic popularity. In strong niches such as politics, technology, and current events, our clients typically see between 100,000 and 1 million monthly views when posting 10–20 times per day after the first 60 days.
Do we fully own the content you create for us, or do you retain any rights?
Yes, you fully own the content we create for you. Once your payment is processed, we transfer all rights to the Threads we write for your organization. You are free to use, edit, schedule, or repurpose the content however you like. We do not retain any ownership rights over the final posts.
The only small exception is that we may occasionally feature anonymized examples of our work in our portfolio or case studies. We would never use anything that identifies your organization without first getting your permission.
How much time will my team actually need to spend on this each week?
On average, your team will only need to spend 10–30 minutes per day. All you have to do is review and schedule the posts you want to publish.
How timely are the Threads topics?
All topics and stories covered in the 20 daily Threads are from the past 8–48 hours. This varies by niche. For example, in politics, new stories often break every hour, so the content will be much closer to the 8-hour mark.
What happens if we don’t like the test posts you send during onboarding?
We will make revisions until you are 100% satisfied. After onboarding is complete, you can reach out to us once per month to request changes to brand-specific formatting, tone, style, or topic selection. To save time, all of this happens asynchronously with zero redundant meetings.
Can we cancel at any time, or is there a minimum commitment?
Yes, you can cancel at any time. If you are not absolutely loving the service after the first week, reach out to us and we will refund 75% of your payment, no questions asked.
What if our niche or industry is very specific? Can you still write accurately about it?
Yes. Our Threads are designed as top-of-funnel content, which helps them perform well on the platform. Because of the straightforward nature of this format, we are able to maintain a high degree of accuracy across many news-focused and specialized industries.
Can I schedule these Threads to other platforms such as X or Bluesky?
Absolutely. You can post these Threads on any short-form written social media platform, including X, Bluesky, Mastodon, Substack Notes, or LinkedIn. That said, our independent research shows they perform best on the Threads app.
What is your refund policy?
Due to the custom and high-quality nature of the work, we offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied within the first week, you may request a 75% refund. No refunds will be issued after the first week or for any work that has already been delivered and completed.
DISCLAIMER: Individual results vary. Performance depends on multiple factors, including the quality and timeliness of content you provide, your active participation during onboarding, and consistent effort from your team. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes.
